Dr. Adam Hamawy, MD, FACS

Dr. Adam Hamawy is the Medical Director, Instructor, and Co-Author of curriculums and courses at Éternité Medical Academy LLC. Dr. Hamawy is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon, specializing in both, aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, with over 25 years of experience. He is a distinguished international presenter and educator in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.

With a commitment to excellence in patient care and safety, Dr. Hamawy trains physicians, residents, and medical students worldwide, offering specialized instructions in aesthetic innovations and strategies for addressing surgical challenges. His work combines technical precision with a proactive approach to complication management, establishing him as a leading figure in the field of plastic surgery and a trusted resource for advanced clinical training.

Dr. Hamawy is also the Medical Director at Éternité Medical Aesthetics & Longevity Centers in Princeton, NJ and is the Founder and Medical Director of Princeton Plastic Surgeons in Princeton, NJ.

Dr. Richard Maggio, MD, FACS

Dr. Richard Maggio, MD, is the Medical Director of Medical Aesthetics & Longevity Centers in New Providence, NJ. He is also a lead instructor and co-author of curriculums at Éternité Medical Academy LLC. Dr. Maggio has over 30 years of experience as a board-certified Urologic Surgeon and currently works at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, NY.

Dr. Maggio also has more than 18 years of experience in Medical Aesthetics, Health and Wellness, and Sexual health. Dr. Rich completed extensive training and certifications in many non-invasive aesthetic procedures. Dr. Maggio is respected in the field of aesthetic medicine and patient-centered care, with a strong focus on enhancing natural beauty. Dr. Maggio educates healthcare professionals by offering insights into the latest techniques and advancements in aesthetic treatments. His dedication to patient safety and satisfaction ensures that each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s unique needs.

Valentina Hadland, BSN, NP, AAMEP

With over 40+ years of experience as a top-level manager in the healthcare industry, Valentina brings her exceptional business savvy, nursing expertise, and passion for medical esthetics to Éternité Medical Academy. Valentina has been one of the top educators for the past 15 years at the Esthetic Skin Institute in Florida and has trained physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and registered nurses how to safely and skillfully administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and advanced treatments to their patients.

Valentina also serves as a business consultant to medical practitioners who are starting to incorporate medical aesthetics into their current practice. She is a State Representative for the American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals. Her passion for medical esthetics and anti-aging started in 1980 while working as a private nurse for Dr. Norman Hugo, Chief of Plastic Surgery, at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.

While working for Dr. Hugo, she became the Director of Nursing, at Unity Health Care, where she managed and placed over 5,000 private duty nurses before being promoted to Vice President of Operations in 1987. More recently, she managed the Anti-Aging and Family Wellness Group in Southampton NY, a medical practice she started with Dr. Caroline Fierro. Advanced Practice Nurse Injector for Dr. Joseph A.
